Returns are not accepted on auction items. Items are not sold on approval and all sales are final. It is your responsibility to ensure that you bid on/buy the correct item/size.
Returns for refund and exchange are accepted on “Buy It Now” items.
Refunds: Consist of the cost of the item, minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds do not cover postage costs. Refunds are paid within 1-2 days of item receipt.
Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for an alternative of the same or less value, unless an additional payment is made to cover the difference. Postage costs are not covered and you will need to submit a second payment to cover the shipping of the exchange item. Exchanges are actioned within 1-2 days of item receipt.
For this policy to apply, items MUST be received back within SEVEN days of receipt and in their original unworn condition sent using a recorded delivery service.
