Returns:

We're honest and experienced eBayers and ae here to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.  If the item you receive is incorrect or damaged we will, of course, replace it and cover your return postage costs or refund you in full if you prefer.  If you simply change your mind about the item we are still happy to accept returns under the following eBay rules . . .

1. Please notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 7 days of purchase
2. Please return item in unused, unopened, re-saleable condition with all original packaging and paperwork within 14 days of of purchase
3. On safe receipt of item, we will arrange a refund of the item price less 20% handling to cover handling time, packing costs and eBay fees etc and from original transaction
4. Buyer is responsible for safe return of item - we recommend using Recorded Delivery.  If item arrives with us damaged, incomplete, with signs of use, without packaging or does not arrive at all then no refund is possible.  Buyer is responsible for all P&P costs.

These conditions are in line with eBay rules and do not affect your statutory rights. Thanks!  :o)

Here's the boring (but necessary) bit . . .  a range of delivery options is available: please choose the one that best suits your timescale... we ship by the method you choose - end of story. The package may be too large for a letterbox so, if no-one is at home, your local sorting office will hold on to it for a few days for you to collect or to re-arrange delivery. If you feel your order is late, please contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office first, as in 90% of cases of reported "non delivery", the parcel turns up at the Sorting Office! If they say they don't have it, please contact us and we'll do our best to trace it for you.

UK Customers:

We "post items on your behalf"... in other words, it's the same as you posting something to yourself so choose the level of speed and safety you require as any risks you take are yours.

• 2nd class post - Royal Mail try to deliver most 2nd class post by the 3rd or 4th working day after posting
• 1st class Recorded Delivery - Royal Mail try to deliver all mail by 2nd working day after posting (most within 1 working day). Recorded Delivery does not make delivery any faster, but purely provides a signature upon delivery, making it a little safer than standard post.
• Special Delivery - Royal Mail guarantee to attempt delivery by 1pm the 1st working day after posting. If late they will refund postage costs.
• APC / Fastway Carriers - we reserve the right to occasionally (depending upon parcel weight and destination) to send the order by carrier. This is at least as fast and as safe as by Royal Mail.

• Air Mail takes around 3-5 working days for most European destinations and up to 10 working days for the rest of the world. Additional delays due to Customs at point of entry into your country and delays by your own national/domestic postal service do not form part of this timescale. Standard Air mail does not offer any tracking facility. 
• "International Signed For" is another Royal Mail service which is slightly faster than standard Air Mail and has the added protection of on-line tracking. Often saves 2-3 days on standard Air Mail but by no means guaranteed as the final part of delivery is left to the postal service of the destination country, over whom we have absolutely no control.  For example: postal services in Canada and USA very reliable; Ireland pretty reliable; Italy absolutely terrible (slow).
