General Note: All items listed are genuine vintage collectables and in relation to postcards they can be assumed to be of a minimum Fair standard but may be of good, very good, excellent or mint condition. If of poor condition it will be noted in the listing.

Postage & Packing: All items are packed securely in a card backed envelope or between card in a padded envelope and posted out within 24 hours of receiving payment unless you are going to be away when a listing ends, in which case you can e-mail instructions for delivery time. See feedback from happy customers. If you are intending to buy several items, please contact us for a combined shipping cost.

Stock: We hold thousands of cards in stock at all times across most subject matter and list most days of the week. We also now list other collectables including stamps, coins and paper ephemera which we may have acquired within lots at local auction, probate purchase or from house clearance, and from time to time we offer gifts or jewellery from collectable ranges.

Returns: Please see our returns policy and e-mail to agree any return with us, and receive a reference no which should be quoted on any correspondence.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment which is safe and secure for buyers and sellers alike. However, if you do not have a PayPal account, we do accept Postal Orders and Personal Cheques. We regret we are unable to accept cash for any purchases.

All items are packed securely and protected as much as possible to avoid damage in transit. We endeavour to despatch items on the first working day following cleared payment(see feedback from happy customers), and will always advise buyers by e-mail when their item has been posted. If an item achieves a price higher than £10 sterling we will automatically upgrade postage to Recorded Delivery at no extra charge to the buyer as part of our Customer Service. If a buyer wants an item fast, if you e-mail us, we will always post out via Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed Delivery Service but you will be charged unless we have included that service in the listing details as a special sales promotion.

We aim to give as accurate a description as possible for items and provide a photo/s so that you know what you are bidding on. We do ask that buyers pay for items within 7 days of end of listing. We appreciate this is not always possible if you're going to be away on business or holiday, in which event please e-mail us to let us know when you will be back and we will keep your item for you. If payment is not received within 7 days and no communication received, we send out a reminder following which if there is no response we will automatically re-list without any further notifice. We operate a refund policy and if you have any concerns, please e-mail us in the first instance. Providing the item is returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition in which it was despatched, we will refund all original costs but do not refund return postage.

Based on the South Coast the business originally grew from our interest in collecting postcards and,over the years,it has developed into a2bcardsandcollectables - an on-line business with a stock of 12,000 vintage cards as well ephemera,stamps,coins and collectables of general interest as and when available to us.

Return policy

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations we are happy to offer refunds on items purchased on-line providing they are returned in the condition they were despatched in.  Please e-mail prior to making any returns to advise why you are not happy with the item.  We refund the original cost of the item and postal charges but do not refund return postage costs.
