All our part's are from a salvage vehicles. It is important to remember that it is a used spare part and not in brand new condition (hence the enormous saving over new parts bought from main dealers.) All electrical parts are tested before we ship them, such as alternator / starter motor / a.b.s. sensors distributor 's etc.

All car parts will be listed on eBay as Buy It Now when you contact us our dedicated eBay parts team.

Any item found to be faulty must be returned within 28 days of receipt for full reund. All parts are security coded hence the need to return them to be checked to avoid fraudulent buyers. Parts to be returned at buyers expense.

Glass items are NON INSURABLE, hence neither we or you will find any other reputable E-bay seller, will issue refunds for broken glass, we always recommend pick-up when possible, we do wrap well but windows etc are bought at buyer's own risk. This is because NO UK COURIER INSURES GLASS. Engine and Gearbox 's usually have to be palletised, Windscreen / Windscreens can be picked up or fitted onsite by our RAC Trained Windscreen mechanic ( Small Extra Charge ).

Insurance - All our larger packages are sent by COURIER (DHL). We find these to be the best. We wrap all items as well and securely as humanly possible. Very rarely items do get damaged in the post. In these cases, we will start a claim with DHL on your behalf, every package is insured to the VALUE OF GOODS up to £50.00. We will not pay out on behalf of DHL under any circumstance, the claim must go through the complete claims process. Additional insurance available on request, ask for details. If DHL decide against any claim we usually through courtesy issue a CREDIT NOTE to the value of the said goods, not a refund, please be aware of the terms and conditions of sale before purchase, they are there to protect everyone, thanks.
