Delivery: On most items we will deliver within 24 hours. Some larger products may take 1 -3 working days. The goods will normally arrive during a next working day between 9am - 6pm. SOME ONE MUST BE THERE TO SIGN FOR THE ITEM. Please take this into consideration when ordering. 1. Delivery is Mon – Friday 9am - 5:30pm (this is an all day delivery) 2. We can not leave the package without a signature. 3. The package will not be delivered to alternate address if your not in. We can only supply 1 delivery address to the couriers. 4. If you miss the courier, they will re-attempt the following working day. If you miss the second attempt the parcel will be held for 3 days at your local depot for collection. 5. If you change the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatch, a £10 fee will be charged.

Damaged/Faulty/Wrong Goods: Please notify me within 24 hours of receipt stating the exact nature of the problem and where the goods are to be uplifted from. I will then arrange collection as soon as possible (normally next day) or on a day that suits you (excl weekends). For small items, I may request that you post them back Recorded Delivery. This cost should be advised and will be refunded in full. Non-damaged Goods: In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it may be returned within 14 days providing the goods are returned complete, unused and unopened in original packaging for a full refund less postage costs. A 20% re-stocking fee may be incurred if the goods are not in fully resaleable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned safely at your own expense. Please use a reputable carrier obtaining a proof of delivery and package the goods securely. Returns will not be processed until the goods are returned and inspected.
