PLEASE READ ****RETURNS POLICY *** I am unable to accept returns on knickers/thongs or socks or any item with thongs/knickers as part of a set due to hygiene considerations, so please be sure to check your size carefully. This policy also applies to tights if the box has been opened. I will only consider a return if the item is faulty. All items are checked prior to despatch. If it is agreed that an item can be returned, the item must be returned in the same 'unworn' and unused condition with all tags intact and in original packaging and you must notify me of your intention to return within 7 days of reciept. If the tags have been removed from the garment, a return will not be accepted.Please note - postage costs will not be refunded. It is recommended that you obtain a proof of postage (free) from the post office should you need to return the item, this will enable you to make a claim with Royal Mail if the item is lost on its way back to me

LOST IN POST It's rare, but unfortunately items sometimes do get lost in the post. If you have not received your order please email and let me know. If your item has still not arrived after 15 working days (3 weeks - which is the time Royal Mail say we must allow for items to be delivered) of the despatch date,I will send you a lost in post form for you to fill out, and on receipt of the signed form I will refund you for the missing order and start an investigation with Royal Mail into the package's whereabouts. I offer Recorded Delivery on all of my items and you are advised that this is the best method to use to ensure safe delivery of your item.

If purchasing more than one item from my shop, please wait for me to invoice you so that I can combine postage costs. All payment is required within 7 days of purchase unless agreed by myself. If you have a problem with payment, please contact me as soon as possible. If no payment has been made after 7 days and I have recieved no contact from you, I will open a dispute for 'payment not recieved' against you with ebay, so please, if you have difficulties with your payment, email and let me know.
