After receiving your payment a member of our delivery team will be in contact to arrange convenient time to deliver to your property. Then 48 hours before delivery you will be contacted by text, email or telephone to confirm your delivery arrangements and notify you of your designated 4 hour deliver time slot. The product will take no longer than 7 days to reach you.

Products will be delivered to a ground floor room of your choice.

A signature will be required confirming that the product has been delivered and there is no visible damage to the product.

If nobody is in to receive the delivery at the agreed address and time, then the product will be returned to our warehouse and you will be subject to a redelivery charge.

If there is visible damage to packaging upon delivery then you have the right to refuse delivery. Please mark the reason for refusal on the delivery note and contact us as soon as possible.

At Fitness@home we offer a 12 month parts replacement warranty to give our customers total peace of mind when purchasing or products. In the unlikely event that one of our products should go wrong through normal use and within the first 12 months, you can contact a member of our technical support team who will access your problem and will normally be able to resolve it by sending out a new part at no cost to you, we can also offer advice on fitting.

Return details
We will accept returns of your products within 7 Days of receipt of the item. You need to contact us within the 7 day period to arrange collection. All goods that are returned must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging. Once we receive the item at our warehouse we will issue a refund to you less post and packaging charges
