However in the unlikely event that you should need to return items to us are returns policy is below.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, you must report it to us within 7 working days to qualify for a replacement.
If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Contact us through eBay and, in most cases, we will arrange for the item to be collected. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.
Once the item is received back, we'll issue a replacement or if you prefer a full refund will be offered.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault, to qualify for a replacement.
Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Contact us through eBay and, in most cases, we will arrange for the item to be collected.
Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or if you prefer a full refund. Please note that any items returned to us which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we will ask to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method.
If you Change Your Mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. No requests for credit are accepted after 7 days.
