Orders received before 3:00 pm GMT will be shipped on the same day through First Class Royal Mail Recorded delivery,Orders received after 3pm will be shipped on the next working day.

International customers are requested to ask the postage charges before buying.
Buyer will be responsible for all the postage charges for the item that comes under warranty.
For a Genuine reason, if you don’t like the product; simply return the item(s) to us within 7 days from the purchase date; in the shape, quality and quantity in original; we will charge the initial shipping cost and refund money to you.
We offer 30 calendar days warranty. The warranty will be void if any damages are caused to the item due to mishandling, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, modifications, alterations, repairs made to the product.
Our postage rates have been devised to reflect not only the delivery cost, but also the cost of the packaging materials, labour & storage.
Returned products will be tested asap but it could take up to 3 days.
