Our stock is normally BRAND NEW. If not, will state clearly if the part is used or refurbished. Normally we have several of the same part in stock so please ask if you require multiple boards. We also have discounts available for orders over USD $500.

** PAYMENT **

We require payment by PAYPAL within 2 days of making your purchase.


** SHIPPING **

We ship anywhere in the world for the one freight charge listed on Ebay. We use the AIR PARCEL POST method which has a usual lead time of 10-12 days from payment. We are unable to ship until payment has been received. This service is not tracked.

A faster service (6-8 days from payment) is available for double the listed freight charge (eg $10 regular becomes $20 total for the faster service). This service is tracked.

In most cases orders are shipped same day unless payment is received in the weekend in which case the item will be sent on the next work day (Monday). 

Please be aware there may be import duties customs charges applicable for this product in your country. Normally this is not the case however please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges could be prior to bidding/buying. Any additional costs are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

Charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you collect the item.

** RETURNS **

We guarantee all boards are working 100% and leave us in perfect condition. All boards are BRAND NEW unless clearly stated otherwise in the listing. Should any problem occcur we must be notified within 21 days from order (including 10-12 days shipping)

All Platinum TV Parts parts are identified by serial number and or our unique identification stamp. We are unable to credit any part that is not the exact board purchased from us. Please make a careful diagnosis of which part is required, as any part returned in working condition (i.e. due to incorrect ordering / mis-diagnosis) is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee as we must check function / condition and change status from new to used. We must receive the part within 28 days of initial payment to process a claim. Claims cannot be accepted if an item is not returned within this time frame.

Any part returned due to a genuine factory manufacturing fault will be replaced at no charge once the faulty board has been received (return freight buyers cost). All freight TO the customer is at our cost.  If we are unable to replace the board we will make a full refund including initial freight charges to you. 

In the rare event a part arrives in damaged condition please keep all packaging and photograph a/ the part, b/ the outer box, c/ the inner packaging. This will greatly assist with the claim. If a parcel does not arrive on time please wait a few additional days (occasionally Customs hold up parcels), then contact your local post office. If it has not been received within 16 days from payment, please contact us immediately. Your local post office will get back in contact with you and investigate further.
