Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment	Payment Methods Accepted:- PayPal, Credit Card, UK Postal Orders and/or UK Personal Cheque. If paying by cheque then please allow up to 5 working days for the cheque to clear before goods will be despatched. Our aim is to despatch goods no later than 24 hours after receipt of cleared payment. I can not accept overseas cheques. Shipping	We will ship worldwide. Within the UK, all shipments will be despatched via Royal Mail with the following exception:- Parcels weighing over 2kg will be shipped via Business Post (48 hour service) to any address in England, Wales and the following postcodes in Scotland DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PH3. Postal discounts are available for multiple purchases delivered anywhere within the UK. Overseas shipments under 2kg will be despatched via Parcelforce. Parcelforce prices can be found on their website at www.parcelforce.com. We offer Airmail which takes between 3 and 8 days depending on the destination. Parcels weighing over 2kg will be sent via Fedex who will provice a full tracking service as well as a 2-3 working day delivery service. Please be aware that we aim to be as competitive as possible on overseas carriage charges but we are unable to offer postal discounts for purchases delivered outside the UK. For overseas shipments weighing over 2kg and for all Business Post shipments we offer a full track and trace facility from door to door at no extra cost. Our postage and packing charges include insurance.
Delivery	Goods are despatched every weekday. We aim to despatch all goods the next working day after receipt of a cleared payment. Please see the "Shipping" section for details on the couriers used. Buyers can collect from the seller at a pre-arranged time and avoid paying postage charges.
Refunds & Returns	Full refunds will be offered to buyers in the following circumstances:- 1) The goods are not as described in the listing 2) The goods are defective or damaged and not fit for purpose Exchanges will be offered to buyers when 1) Prior agreement is obtained from the seller 2) The goods are returned to the seller in good condition at the sellers expense. 3) The replacement item is of a similar value to the item being returned. 4) The replacement item is being delivered to an address within the UK.
