Kwiktalkcommunicationsltd will not be responsible for any damage done by the user. A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is proven to be faulty within 7 working days of purchase. In this case please contact us before 7 working days through ebay messages. Furthermore to any other reason of return, we will charge an admin cost of £10 and the buyer is responsible for the postage cost. However if there is a mistake with your order please contact us immediately.
