• Products are shipped by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery unless otherwise stated (3-5 working days after the item has been shipped)
• Special Delivery is available at an additional charge of £2 per item; please use this service if you want to receive your item/s as fast as possible (next working day after item is shipped)
• The shipping costs listed only cover delivery to destinations within the United Kingdom. Additional postage costs may be charged for items sent outside this area. This cost includes packing, testing and quality control of the product.
• Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat & Sun excluded)
• Local Pickup is not available.
• We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses, however if an item is lost during the delivery process our customer support team will try to resolve the matter in the most acceptable way to both parties concerned.
• The final price of all payments including VAT must be prepaid before shipment of the item. Sorry we do not accept cash on delivery.

• If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
• Refund request would be accepted ONLY when replacement items are not available.
• Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

Warranty and Return Policy for Clearance Promotional Items
• Three months free of charge warranty is provided for promotional items from the date of original purchase under normal
  and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
• All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
• A replacement will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. However, products so returned must be 100% complete.
