All items are sent via next day Citylink Service. Somebody will be required at the delivery address to sign for the item. Citylink will attempt to deliver the the item once and leave a card if you are not in. You will then be required to collect the item from your local depot, after 4 days the item will be returned to us - A redelivery charge will apply.

All cheques must be cleared first - please allow up to 5 days for the cheques to be cleared. If paying by cheque/postal order, please write your eBay ID & Item number(s) on the back.

CUSTOMER COLLECTIONS

Collections are available from our warehouse in Haverhill, Suffolk - a surcharge of £3.50 per item / £5.50 per pallet will apply for all collections.

RETURN POLICY

Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with any discrepencies.

All items must be returned within 7 days to qualify for a refund 

In the case of a refund we need to have the original item sent back to us first and it is always our customers' responsibility to send it back, the cost of which we cannot cover
