RETURNS
POLICY
I do not
operate a returns policy as such, taking every complaint on its merits. I
will however work with the buyer pro-actively to resolve any
issues.
My policy is to ensure that my listing
accurately reflects the product being offered and so avoid customer
dissapointment upon receipt of goods. I will also endeavour to package
goods to such a standard as to avoid the risk of damage during
transit.
