Returns, 
Refunds and Exchanges
 
We really 
hope you love your new watch and enjoy it for many years to come! However, if it 
turns out that it is not suitable for whatever reason, you can return the unworn 
watch to us within 14 days for a full refund including original postage costs. 
We only request that you return the item in the same condition you received them 
in, and in their original packaging with all paperwork. We recommend you use a 
Recorded or Special delivery service to send the parcel in case you need to 
track it with the courier. If the watch is faulty or incorrect, we will offer a 
refund on the return postage, but if the watch is being returned under the 
Distance Selling Regulations because you have changed your mind, you are 
responsible for return postage costs. Please forward this tracking number on to 
us for reference. Please use the returns address label on the paperwork and fill 
in the returns form with the watch explaining why you are returning the watch 
and whether you want a refund or exchange, whilst detailing the model you wish 
to exchange for. If you have lost your paperwork, then please include a covering 
letter with your name and address, your order number, the reason for returning 
the item and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please send them back to:

products come complete with a manufacturer’s warranty. For further details on 
the warranty please read the product description as the length of warranty may 
vary from one brand to another. Your invoice paperwork that comes complete with 
your order contains all the necessary information to act as proof of purchase. 
If your watch becomes faulty within the 2 years of purchasing the watch, please 
quote your Customer Number and Order Number to activate the warranty. If you 
have any problems with your warranty please contact us at info@watchwarehouse.co.uk. 
If the item arrives faulty or incorrectly dispatched, we will be able to offer a 
refund for the product and your postage costs. If you believe you have been sent 
the incorrect item, please double check the full details of the listing, 
including the model code before returning the item to us. We are only able to 
reimburse postage costs or delivery charges where the item is faulty or if we 
have sent the wrong watch. We are sorry, but we are unable to take back used 
watches that are said to be unworn. This is in addition to, and does not affect, 
your consumer rights.
