Placing a Bid
Whether you purchase goods from Watchwarehouse_shop using Buy It Now, Best Offer or via Auction you are entering a legally binding contract with Watchwarehouse_shop. Please ensure that you have fully read the description and Terms + Conditions prior to entering this agreement. If you have any questions prior to making a purchase please contact us through eBay or via email at info@watchwarehouse.co.uk or alternatively refer to the FAQ’s section.

Non Paying Bidders
If payment is not received within 7 days, then Watchwarehouse has the right to re-list the item, you will received automated payment reminders until payment has been made. By ignoring these reminders and not honouring your winning bid will result in negative feedback from us and a strike alert to your account from eBay. We provide a good service and expect the same from our customers so serious bidders only please.

Warranty + Returns Policy
All of our products come complete with manufacturers warranty. For further details on the warranty please read the product description as the length of warranty may vary from one brand to another. 
Your invoice paperwork that comes complete with your order contains all the necessary information to act as proof of purchase. If your watch becomes faulty within the 2 years of purchasing the watch please quote your Customer Number and Order Number to activate the warranty. If you have any problems with your warranty please contact us at info@watchwarehouse.co.uk. 
 
Our goods are not sold on a sale or return basis.  If your item arrives faulty due to damage in transit we will replace it for you free of charge or provide a refund if we no longer have it in stock as long as we are informed within 14 working days of receiving the watch. After this period we will assist you with activating your manufacturers warranty. We do reserve the right to replace a watch or provide a refund if the watch appears to be in a working order. 
Items should be sent back in the same condition you receive them with all protective seals intact and no adjustments made. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself. We also recommend sending your watch by registered post in order to track we have received the watch. 

Refunds
Due to the costs associated with selling on eBay, we regret to say that we do not offer refunds unless the watch arrived faulty (see above). Please do make sure you are bidding on the correct item before placing a bid or selecting the Buy It Now option. We can only issue a refund if we cannot provide a replacement for a return of watch due to stock issues or if the item you received is not what was described in the item listing, i.e. an error on our side.

Feedback
We will leave feedback once the transaction is complete and you have left us feedback stating how happy you are with our service and products. We do stress the importance of feedback and if you are experiencing a problem during your purchase we suggest you contact us via ebay, email info@watchwarehouse.co.uk or by phone 0207 554 4121 so that we can do our best to rectify the issue.
