We only accept Paypal unless the order is over £100 where we can take Cheque, Postal Order & Bank Transfer All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
***Please note we require a contact telephone number for all items. Please supply this in the paypal comments box or via email. If we do not receive this, there may be a delay with our order until we get a correct number***
We use Royal Mail for small items. Interlink Express for larger items & Pallet Force for Heavy items. We will send an email confirming despatch through the automated ebay system. Please contact us on 01509 224596 if you requre more information on your order.
All our prices quored for for UK Mainland only. Please contact us for off shore shipping. Royal Mail will be shipped to any UK postcode, however our courier and pallet rates incure a surcharge. EG, IOW, IOM, Scottish Isles, N. Eire & Channel Isles.

Terms & Conditions
1. GENERAL
The terms and conditions set out below are applicable to the supply of products made by BuyDirect 4U to the buyer, hereafter referred to as the Customer.
2. PRIVACY
2.1 We do not send random marketing e-mails to personal e-mail addresses (SPAM).
2.2 We do not make use of Cookies.
2.3 We do not collect information deemed "sensitive" under the Data Protection Act 1998. Your address details (but NOT your credit card details, see below) are retained on a restricted access system within our internal systems which is in keeping with both our security policy and the law.
3. PRICING
3.1 All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling & include VAT
4. PAYMENT
4.1 Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, by one of the following payment methods:
Major credit cards as listed: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta.
We collect payment via Paypal, this is secure and safe.
5. TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall fully pass to the Customer once the goods have been delivered by our nominated transport provider and signed for.
6. DELIVERY
6.1 SHIPPING:
All products are despatched from our warehousing facilities. Unless requested by the Customer, all products must be signed for at the time delivery is made. The Customer must request any alternative delivery method at the time of the ordering and goods will be despatched at the Customers own risk.
6.2 SHIPPING CHARGES:
All the products contained on our website are delivered to the vast majority of the U.K. mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Scottish Isles & Highlands additional carriage charges will be applicable. Please call us to confirm these charges prior to ordering.
6.3 DELIVERY DATE:
Buy Direct 4U aim to deliver all goods within four working days from processing of payment. Despatch normally takes place on the same day as payment is processed. Any orders which will exceed 28 days to fulfil, the Customer will be notified in writing and will be offered the option of order cancellation and a refund of payment. Any products not available at the time of ordering will be despatched to the Customer as soon as is possible. Buy Direct 4U cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers or transport providers.
6.4 EXPRESS SHIPPING
In many cases we are able to ship orders on a "Next Day" delivery basis for an additional charge. If you require this service please enquire with us to confirm the availability of the product and the additional cost for transportation prior to ordering.
7. ACCEPTANCE
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time period after delivery, and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods, unless, within a reasonable time period after their delivery the Customer notifies BuyDirect4u that the goods are rejected. If no notification of rejection is received, Buy Direct 4U will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose and therefore reserve the right not to accept any rejection of goods at a later date.
Buy Direct 4U will not be liable for any parcel signed for as "Received in good condition" or "unchecked". The liability for signing for goods is with the customer and items need to be checked before signing.
8. RETURNS PROCEDURE
8.1 If the goods are rejected within the time scale as defined in clause 6, the Customer shall comply with the Buy Direct 4U returns procedure as defined below. BuyDirect 4U will not accept any returned goods should the returns procedure not be followed.
8.2 The Customer must contact BuyDirect 4U by either telephone or by e-mail to obtain a returns authorisation. A returns code will be issued and must be referred to in all correspondence. This number must also be clearly marked on any returned packages. The customer is responsible for returning the goods with 14 days of receiving the item.
8.3 In cases where the faulty or damaged goods are rejected within a reasonable time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the location specified by BuyDirect 4U before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation.
9. CANCELLATIONS
9.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with BuyDirect 4U cancellation procedure and before any goods have been despatched. If the order has been despatched prior to the cancellation, the returns procedure as defined in clause 7 (8.2 and 8.3) above will apply. If the procedure is not followed, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.
9.2 Cancellations can be made either by telephone or by e-mail directly with BuyDirect 4U . Please remember, order despatch normally takes place the same day as payment is processed.
9.3 Cancellations and returns requests made after a product has been delivered and is deemed fit for purpose need to be authorised by BuyDirect 4U and given an appropriate returns number. The cost and risk of returning these goods is solely the customers. A credit will only be made once the returned goods have been inspected and deemed fit for resale. BuyDirect 4U can organise the collection of these goods and the cost subtracted from the amount to be credited to the customer or the goods can be shipped and paid for by the customer on their own nominated carrier with the appropriate insurance cover. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, complete with non of the internal packaging having been opened.
10. LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with U.K. Law.

Returns

All our items have 7 day no quibble money back guarantees. If your unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please return in the original box and packaging, unused and in a resalable condition to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We are unable to return postage costs to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive your item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of signing for the parcel so we can claim against the courier and arrange a collection. If we do not have confirmation of any damage within 48 hours, we consider the item to be accepted by the customer and are unable to claim from the courier. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for returning the item to us within 7 days for refund or replacement
If your item develops a fault within the 7 day refund period, please contact us immediately to discuss the problem and our customer service advisors will respond accordingly. If the item is faulty within this period, we will be responsible for all costs incurred for replacing the item.
If your item develops a faulty after the 7 day refund policy and up to 12 months after purchase and on item that have a warranty stated in the listing, Please contact us to discuss the fault further. We require a photo of the faulty part or item and a part number and description of the fault. On items that carry 12 and 6 month warranties on manufacturing defects, we cover parts and labour for fixing any fault, or replacing the item if the fault cannot be fixed. We are unable to assist with return postage costs but will return the item back to the customer free of charge.
We are also in the position to send spare parts out the customer if this is a preferred or cheaper option.
