Faulty/damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. 

We will exchange faulty/damaged items free of charge provided we are informed within 48 hours of receipt of item. Once the goods are received back into our warehouse we will check the goods and send a replacement and refund return postage (or we will arrange collection of the goods).

 

Return of Goods (Distance Selling Act)

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days. Once the goods are received back into our warehouse we will check the goods and refund your account. We will not refund return postage charges, incurred by you, when returning the item. Please contact us prior to returning your item for clarification and instructions.
