SHIPPING

We take great care in packaging every item to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover the cost of materials and labour. Once your order has been received, processed and we have cleared payment, your item will be despatched. Due to fraudulent claims in the past all items are sent recorded delivery with a signature on receipt of the item. If the item is sent via courier we use DHL Express or FEDEX. Tracking information is available upon request.

PAYMENT

 

Once payment has been received your item will be sent and feedback will be left. If we do not receive payment within 48 hours then we will re-list the item and an unpaid dispute will be opened and we will block any future bidding.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES/PAYMENTS - Our delivery charges are clearly stated on all listing and are payable in full. For your own piece of mind we only accept payments via PayPal. We do not accept cash, cheque, postal orders, credit/debit cards or bank transfer.

UNWANTED PURCHASES/YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL - You must inform us of your intent to cancel within 2 days of the date of  purchase. All items must be refused and  returned in original and unused condition, complete with ALL parts, accessories and invoice.

REFUNDS- Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, refunds are processed without original postage cost. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance.

FAULTY PRODUCTS - In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued upon receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. Should an item become faulty within the stated warranty period, but after our 30 day replacement/refund scheme, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement or refund (excluding shipping) upon receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. Return postal costs will be refunded once the fault is confirmed. If the item is not found to be faulty, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping. Please allow 21 working days for the completion of any repairs.

REFURBISHED PRODUCTS - Refurbished products are all 100% OK! In fact, they represent amazing value for money, especially as we offer all our refurbished products with a full working. There is nothing wrong with these products!

These products may be classed as refurbished for a number of reasons, They may have been previously sold, and the box opened and then subsequently returned to one of our parent stores and not put back on resale for cosmetic packaging reasons. This is often as little as a broken security seal. Alternatively, they may simply have incurred a minor amount of cosmetic packing damage during handling in the day to day running of our business. Some items may also have been returned to our stores with a reported fault or difficulty in using. Every single one of these products is returned to our certified testing facilities, taken out of the packaging and fully tested and examined. Only products classified by our professional inspection and testing process as A1 Condition (brand new in appearance), fully tested, working, and complete are then made available for sale through our eBay shop. Any products that don’t meet these high standards are never sold through our eBay store. All our product are fully check before dispatched.
