Payment

I accept PayPal, Personal Cheques, Postal Orders or Direct Bank Transfer.Please note that payment must be received within 7 days of auction ending, otherwise the item will be re-listed and unpaid report made to ebay.

Paypal with no extra charges for all major CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS holders. PLEASE NOTE:- For the buyer from outside UK, I only accept Paypal payment.

Cheque will be despatched once fully cleared (Usually 5 working days). NO International cheque please. Please send message to ask for bank details and my postal address after purchased.

For Postal Order and Bankers Draft payments, item will be dispatched IMMEDIAITY after payment received.

Direct bank to bank transfer. Please contact me for bank details. Item will be sent once payment is received into my account (Usually 3-5 days)

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

All deliveries within the UK are sent by DHL next working day Delivery (insurance cover up to 200 pound). I can offer a collection/pick-up service for local buyers as well, please contact me before you came.

For international buyer, products will be sent by DHL International Delivery.

Tracking number will be provided after item been sent out by email. Occasionally items get lost in the post- if this should happen, buyers must wait 15 working days after item was despatched before the item can be declared lost (in line with Royal Mail official policy). If the item has still not arrived after this time I will provide a replacement (or a refund if no further stocks are available).Postage and packing costs include administration and handling charges.

Refunds & Returns

Returns or refunds will only be honoured if the product is found not as describled. All products are fully checked prior to despatch and only 100% fully operational and cosmetically perfect will be sent. Any goods found to be faulty within 7 days of receipt, can be returned for a replacement (if in stock) as long as the product has not been worn,altered or changed in any way.If on return i find that the product or packaging has been worn or tampered with in any way, shape or form i will not be able to offer a replacement.
