This limited edition plate was made  for Bradford Exchange by Knowles China and the bottom is stamped accordingly. It is called THE  FAMILY DOCTOR and is 16TH in the ROCKWELL HERITAGE collection by NORMAN ROCKWELL. It is Bradex number 84-R70-3.16,  plate number 17234A, is 8.5 inches in diameter and  is  in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.IT COMES WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX, CERTIFICATE  AND LEAFLET.ANY WHITE MARKS ARE FLASH REFLECTION  Buyer to pay postage as shown. PLEASE NOTE AIR MAIL TAKES A MAXIMUM OF 2 WEEKS BUT SURFACE MAIL CAN TAKE ANYTHING FROM 2 TO 8 WEEKS.
