Your item(s) will usually be despatched from our depot within 48 hours of the receipt of cleared funds. This does not include weekends and bank holidays.

We have a variety of postal services available to us now, and we are pleased to be able to offer several “deals” on combined shipping for both UK and Worldwide delivery – please check our Postal offers section for more details.

We will only ever use a recorded tracking service and signatures will be required on delivery.

If you purchase 3 or more items in a single (combined) transaction and you provide us with your phone number our couriers will contact you the day before delivery to advise you what time they will be arriving thus reducing the number of “non- receipts”.

We are happy to provide refunds on all unworn goods returned to us at the below address within 28 days of purchase. We are equally happy to exchange goods (subject to availability).

Refunds will be for the original cost of the shoes, not the shipping. And, all return shipping fees are to be covered by the buyer unless we have shipped faulty or incorrect goods.

When returning goods it is important that you either print & complete a returns form or include your original invoice so that we have enough information on hand to process your request.
