Hello. If you're viewing this ad then you must be interested in boxing. Well this is the dvd set for you! This excellent 2 disc set covers a lot of different boxing training techniques, to help set you up for a fight, or maybe just to get you superfit and strong.

There are several sections to the dvd set. The first section contains in depth training advice on how to hit the heavy bag. This includes showing you how to use your body to make your punches more powerful, how to correctly train each punch and how to practice combos. If you watch this then you can see how just whacking the bag as hard as you can isn't the best way to train!

Also included here are instructions on how to train your defenses. This includes blocking, bobbing and weaving and using your footwork and shoulders to deflect punches or move out of the way completely.

There is also another section which shows you how to practice sparring with a partner. This includes getting off the ropes, counter punching and teaching you how to deal with different fighting styles.

The final section of the dvd set is a section with illegal boxing moves. These are moves that you can throw in now and again in a boxing match to rough up the opponent. There are lots here and how to pull them off without anyone seeing you is demonstrated. You may not want to use these sort of moves, but it's good to know them just in case and it will help if people start trying to use them against you. Plus, these are the sort of moves that you will find useful if you are ever in an unwanted altercation on the street.

All in all there is a huge amount of very useful material here. Even if you only use one section then you will find a lot of useful tips and advice. If you study all of the techniques and ideas in this set then it's guaranteed to make you a better boxer/fighter.

The disc contains 3 hours of training instruction, which is clearly narrated and demonstrated in English language.

It's an absolute bargain and will help you enormously if you are already boxing and want to improve, are interested in starting boxing, or even if you just have a punch bag hanging in the garage and want to learn how to hit it properly.
