BOXED IDEAL CRISSY FAMILY TRESSY DOLL & NEW OUTFITS

We were seriously deprived here in the UK! When I was a child we only had Crissy and Velvet; there was Sheena, the doll by Palitoy, but I didn't want her...Crissy was far prettier and I was delighted when Father Christmas brought her and we spent many, many happy hours together!!

 Through eBay my love for a favourite childhood toy was re-ignited but I discovered what we had been missing and bought myself rather too many of the other dolls too (I adore Kerry!); you know how it is ... I was never satisfied with just one and  I now simply have too many so am selling some duplicates and also some OOAK Crissy family dolls.

I am a teensy bit fussy myself so am going to try and list every possible thing that a buyer might have issue with.... that way hopefully any disappointment on receipt can be avoided. I know that we've all been there at some point! I am however no expert on these dolls!

Okay...here we go:

This beautiful TRESSY doll, has been carefully stored since I bought her and not displayed. Her colouring is good with a a tiny black pinspot mark to the vinyl on her right cheek. Her eyes have that common pale bluey tinge above them that I always think makes the dolls look like they are wearing eyeshadow! Her eyes open and shut as they should. She has some little black speckley blemishes to the vinyl on her left wrist and elbow. The ends of her fingers are a little dirty and her left index finger is bluey at the end. 

Her base hair is good and silky. The end of her tail is a teensy bit dry; her tail is otherwise still silky. Her tail winds in as it should and when extended reaches her knees.

Her dress is in good condition, a little discoloured with age. The elastic on her pants has loosened as commonly happens. She comes with a fab NEW dress and a GORGEOUS three piece ensemble, all beautifully handmade by us in the UK. The MOD dress has matching two tone pants; the velvety fully lined dress has a matching pillbox hat and wool mix coat.

Her box is intact but the colours are faded. It does have shelfwear to the edges, some scuff marks and creasing, but is certainly not the worst I have seen! The two corners on the right side have been taped although the top one has come unstuck. She has her ORIGINAL  instructions.

 THIS BEAUTIFUL DOLL HAS BEEN RESIDING HERE IN THE UK FOR A WHILE AND IF SHE LEAVES THE UK SHE'S GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE A PLANE JOURNEY AND CARRIAGE CHARGES HAVE TO REFLECT THAT! ALSO REGRET INSURANCE IS COMPULSORY AND UNFORTUNATELY WITH THE ROYAL MAIL IT IS A COSTLY ADDITION.

POSTAGE TO EUROPE WILL BE $20.

SHE COMES TO YOU FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME BUT SORRY, NOT PET FREE. (We have 4 adored Cavalier King Charles spaniels....they of very fine and floaty hairs which stick to absolutely everything. Sincerest apologies if a stray hair or two attaches itself to Kerry or her clothes. I do try and stop what I can by daily grooming/vaccuming but we have wooden floors and those discarded hairs do waft about!)
