Payment should be made within 7 days after auction close.

Shipping

We do our best to ship promptly and if we get your CLEARED payment by 10:00 PM (PDT) your item will be ship the same day. If you pay with an e-check through Pay Pal we need to wait a few days until the funds are in our account. We will let you know when the funds are being cleared and your item ship.

Note that we are located in Japan and because of time difference and local holidays sometimes a delay might occur. We do our best to ship your items promptly!

Rates & Shipping Times

We try to be fair with the shipping charges and with all the rise of the prices in the Post Office in Japan we have managed to keep the same standard rate including with package materials (which are not cheap!) but are made to protect the books until they reach you.

We only use AIR MAIL and EMS (Express Postal Parcel), we can't accept SAL or Surface Economic mail due to many items lost.

AIR MAIL usually takes between 2-3 weeks and depends on the Country of destination for the time of delivery; some Post Offices overseas are very fast and will take only a week some are not that fast and will demand more time.

EMS is our preferred type, it's FAST, SECURE, INEXPENSIVE and goes almost everywhere. It provides tracking number and usually takes from 5 to 7 business days for complete the delivery.

Packing

All our items are well packed:
For books we use vinyl bags covers and hard carton envelopes.
DVD's & CD's are packed with bubble wrap envelopes.
For larger orders we use hard carton boxes.

Payment

We protect the identity of our bidders to avoid third party contacting them for fake second chance offers or other type of scam.

We do our best to describe the items as accurate as possible but before bidding if you have any concern about the item you want to purchase, please feel free to contact us. Remember that most of our items are USED and they might have age deterioration but rest assure they are totally fine to be used again. We grade them as follows:

Grading Scale

NOTE: Grading is regarding the age of the item and it's subjective.

NEW: Item is New and/or sealed, was brought from the Store to our place and nobody has used before.

VERY GOOD: Excellent condition for the age of the item.

GOOD: Item it's ok but you can notice the use of it.

AVERAGE: Used a lot and even the item it's ok

Some items might have stains, rips , tears , crease or pen markings, but all are duly noted on the description.
