  • Powerful distortion results from combining BOSS' traditional analog overdrive/distortion and Roland's COSM-based preamp.
  • Digital effects include chorus, tap tempo delay, reverb, harmonist (intelligent pitch shift),and "humanizer," with quality equivalent to studio-use equipment. An Acoustic Guitar Simulator is also built-in.
  • A maximum of 15 effects can be used simultaneously. 150 Preset Patches give you maximum firepower for your musical arsenal. In addition, 100 User Patches can be stored.
  • Unlike many multi-effects units, the GT-5 incorporates a variety of functions that make it really easy to use. For instance, dedicated buttons let you access effects instantly. A large LCD and rotary encoder are also provided, and a Quick Setting function gives you ready-to-go settings per each effect.
  • Tuner function is built-in.
