IF THE DRUM ON YOUR MACHINE HAS STOPPED TURNING AND SPINNING THEN THE BRUSHES WEARING DOWN IS THE MOST LIKELY CAUSE

TO FIND OUT IF THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR MACHINE AND IF THIS IS THE RIGHT SET YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE MOTOR (this is essential if you dont have a Maxx model as Bosch and Siemens often fit different motors to same models)AND PULL OUT THE OLD BRUSHES WHICH ARE FITTED EITHER SIDE OF THE MOTOR AT OPPOSITE END TO WHERE BELT FITS AND CHECK THEM

IF YOUR CARBONS ARE WORN ALMOST TO THE SPRING THEN YOU NEED A NEW SET. IF YOU REQUIRE A DIFFERENT SET THEN SEND YOUR MODEL NUMBER USING THE EMAIL THE SELLER  LINK AT TOP OF THIS PAGE QUOTING THE FULL NUMBER WHICH YOU WILL FIND BY OPENING DOOR AND LOOKING ON INSIDE OF DOOR OR IN RECESS ABOVE DOOR SEAL (AND WILL BE SOMETHING LIKE WFL2000GB/01) THOUGH IT IS STILL BEST TO CHECK YOURSELF AS THEY DONT ALWAYS FIT THE SAME MOTOR AND THEREFORE HAVE DIFFERENT BRUSHES (THE MOTOR NEEDS TO COME OFF TO CHANGE THEM ANYWAY)
