• Please Note: We can arrange delivery on a buyers behalf by using recommended independent couriers that charge reasonable rates. However  the purchaser is paying for and is directly responsible for hiring the said courier to deliver the item to them and is free to engage any other courier of their own choosing or to collect in person if preferred. 

• Please Note: Delivery is kerbside (door to door).  In order to keep delivery costs to a minimum, each van usually only has one driver, and you would be expected to provide assistance where needed.  
• The drivers used are  helpful and polite and will usually be happy to assist beyond your doorstep, but are under no obligation to do so.
• We are always happy to assist with arrangements but please bear in mind that whether payment for delivery is made directly to the courier or to us on their behalf ; the courier company is wholly responsible for deliveries and delivery arrangements and for any delays or damage that may occur during transport. (Although this is an extremely rare occurence)  
•  We reserve the right to refuse bids from ebayers with a feedback rating of less than 1. If you have such a rating please contact us before bidding.
•  We are unable to offer refunds on carriage costs or for any damage that may occur during transport (although this is a rare occurence) The buyer is responsible for all carriage costs including charges for any returned items
• Payment must be received within seven days. Failing this, the items will be automatically relisted for sale.
