In the unlikely event of the item you receive from us not being as specified, please contact us as soon as possible. For the vast majority of our listings, we have more of each item in stock, and will be able to send a replacement out to you. However, we do ask that you return the original item first!
In the unfortunate event of us not being able to replace the item, we will refund you in full, including the original postage cost. Again, we must insist that the item is returned to us first!
If you order a t-shirt from us and it does not fit, most of the time, we have alternative sizes available and will be happy to exchange it for you. Once again, we must insist that the original item is returned to us first; however, we will not charge you any extra for posting the replacement. |
