All items are hand signed. We do not sell preprints, facsimile or laser reproduced signatures of any kind. While COA's are only as relevent as the reputation of the issuing seller, our cert includes current contact information which you are welcome to use at any time and the details of our lifetime authenticity guarantee. It is our contract that the signature you have purchased is authentic. The best guarantee a buyer has when purchasing an autograph is the reputation and credibility of the seller. We have been in business for over 20 years and, as a registered dealer with both the UACC and the IADA, are required to adhere to their strict code of ethics. SHIPPING: $10.00 P&H in the US, 15.00 to Canada, $20.00 for most other locations (freight costs for Japan, Australia and other extreme locations are extra and will be determined after auction end or upon request.). Most shipments are sent via Priority Mail and Global Priority Mail. Larger items will be sent via UPS......................Due to the unpredictability of international shipping, we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged international shipments although insurance is available at an additional charge with an upgraded delivery service. Contact us for more information. For domestic shipments, INSURANCE IS EXTRA. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT INSURED. Our freight charges include delivery confirmation but do not provide tracking information. The delivery confirmation number is available at the Ebay auction site by clicking on the "View Shipment Status" icon. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your item doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, we are not responsible! International shipments can result in lengthy delays due to customs and security policies so be patient. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred by the buyer. Auction items usually ship within three days of receipt of payment but due to my travel schedule, delays may occur. Combined shipping is available in the US - all the 8x10's you order in a weeks period for the $6.00 P&H charge.
