Terms of Service

UK Customers can cancel their order within 7 working days of receipt and return the item for a refund of the item price as long the item is complete with packaging unopened and in a resaleable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return when the item is unwanted, unsuitable or bought in error, and we regret that in these cases return postage costs are not refunded.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item then this must be reported as soon as possible and returned to us with packaging. Once the item has been returned by you and received by us the item will be tested and if proven faulty a replacment sent, if no replacment is available or if the product is out of stock then you will be fully refunded. Return postage will be refunded back to you in cases where the product is found to be faulty.

In all cases please email as soon as possible so we can provide you with the correct return address and details, random returns without a return number will be refused.
