These figurines represent the musicians of the sacred dance of

BOLOYE. BOLOYE is one of the Senoufo's ritual happening each time one of

the  PORO initiation cycle ends up. PORO is a belief based on KATYELEO. She is a feminine divinity.

 

These figurines have been made in NATIO-KOBADARA.
