The Balance Board is made up from the following components: Board with sand grip tape and black base plate, Roller with fitted bearings, axle and full instruction manual.

General Information:

The product is very easy to assemble and the detailed instruction manual guides you on the basic balancing techniques. When you have mastered this, it teaches you a whole range of tricks.
