If I agree that there is a problem with the item, I will either offer a replacement or a full refund. I am not responsible for wear and tear of my items.

·          Cheques: Postal orders If payment is to be made with this method usual clearing time apply which is five days from receipt, no goods will be shipped until payment has been cleared. Cheques only accepted from UK banks. Payment needs to be made to me and posted to the address on invoice. Please always reference the Item Number.

·          All goods are sent either via Royal Mail first class post or special delivery if you had paid the additional charge.

·          Goods will be despatched within 48 hrs of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.
