Your items usually dispatch within 2 working days of when payment is cleared. Please email us if your item has not arrived after 10 working days from dispatch date. All orders are processed upon receipt of payment. If you are paying by cheque, e cheque or postal order items will not be sent until payment has cleared. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will however endeavour to resolve any problems that may arise.
