Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Items will be sent to your registered PayPal address so please ensure this is up to date.
For UK customers, we also accept personal cheques and postal orders by prior arrangement - please contact us if you would like to pay by this method. Where payment is made by personal cheque or Paypal e-cheque, the item will be posted once the cheque has cleared which can take up to 10 days.
Postage and Packing charges are clearly stated in the listing. For UK customers, there is a flat rate charge regardless of the number of items purchased. This applies only to items sent in the same package. We post quickly so if you are planning to purchase items over several days and wish for the items to be sent together, please let us know as soon as possible.
International customers are very welcome and we specialise in worldwide shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you want multiple items. Airmail usually takes 3-5 days to Europe and 5-10 days elsewhere. We are unable to guarantee delivery times. Please be aware that we are not responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance or duties/import taxes levied in your country.
For Immediate Payment items, please pay as normal. Any overpaid postage will be manually refunded to your PayPal account.
We post daily Monday to Friday using the most appropriate service. Items are sent out within 3 working days but usually much, much sooner. If you need something urgently, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate your needs. We will email you a despatch notification once the item has been posted.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If you do not receive your item within 7 working days (UK) and 14 working days (International), please contact us and we will do our best to assist. We aim to provide excellent customer service as our feedback demonstrates.
