Our preferred method of payment is PayPal.   Items will be sent to your registered PayPal address so please ensure this is up to date.

For UK customers, we also accept personal cheques and postal orders by prior arrangement - please contact us if you would like to pay by this method.  Where payment is made by personal cheque or Paypal e-cheque, the item will be posted once the cheque has cleared which can take up to 10 days.

For international customers, we are only able to accept PayPal.

Postage and Packing charges are clearly stated in the listing.  For UK customers, there is a flat rate charge regardless of the number of items purchased.  This applies only to items sent in the same package.  We post quickly so if you are planning to purchase items over several days and wish for the items to be sent together, please let us know as soon as possible. 

International customers are very welcome and we specialise in worldwide shipping.  Please contact us for a shipping quote if you want multiple items.    Airmail usually takes 3-5 days to Europe and 5-10 days elsewhere.  We are unable to guarantee delivery times.  Please be aware that we are not responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance or duties/import taxes levied in your country. 

For Immediate Payment items, please pay as normal.  Any overpaid postage will be manually refunded to your PayPal account.

We post daily Monday to Friday using the most appropriate service.  Items are sent out within 3 working days but usually much, much sooner.  If you need something urgently, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate your needs.  We will email you a despatch notification once the item has been posted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.  If you do not receive your item within 7 working days (UK) and 14 working days (International), please contact us and we will do our best to assist.  We aim to provide excellent customer service as our feedback demonstrates.

Please note that by bidding or clicking Buy it Now, you are entering into a contract to complete the transaction so please ask any questions before bidding or buying.  For non-immediate payment items, please pay within 7 days.  If payment is not received in this time and no contact has been made by the buyer, we reserve the right to initate an Unpaid Item Dispute to recover our fees and then relist the item.  If you have any problems with payment (such as PayPal issues), please notify us as soon as possible.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receipt so we can authorise a return.  Once the item has been returned in its original, unworn condition (with packaging/tags attached if appropriate), we will issue a refund of the cost of the item.  Postage charges are not refundable.  Please note that we are not responsible for postage costs or postal losses on returned goods - please ensure that you use the appropriate postal service for your item and obtain proof of posting.  For hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns on earrings or beauty products. 

All items are carefully checked for obvious faults before despatch - if there is a problem with a faulty item, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist.
