Beautiful brand new collar for large breeds for dalmation retriever, boxer size etc. Superb quality from pets at home. Size from small hole is 21" upto last hole 24". It is black leather and the middle is black thick rope with blue splashes in. Fittings are in chrome.  grab a bargain

We are just a normal private family but to keep people happy as most customers are, we do refund 100% if item is not as described, not for reasons like colour didnt suit or item a little big or small, i give measurements so please check, if item should be on small or large side i will list as this. Will not pay for postage return.  Item is expected to be in same condition as sent out.  ITEMS that are make-up, undies or wigs cannot be refunded, this is not due to being unreasonable, but for hygeine reasons. Sorry :o)) If you do have a problem please be polite, we are very approachable.

                                                  POSTAGE

all our postage is sent first class unless stated otherwise, too many things go missing in 2nd! Please note we try to keep postage to a minimum amount and do not scrape on material, but please take into account that we can wrap upto 20 parcels a day and i need to buy package materials, account for time and petrol etc. Normally we try to post same day as payment made, but if at weekend then post office is shut.If  a parcel is late please contact us first, we might have hospital appointments and usual things that life throws at us all!!!  WE DO OFFER: a first class recorded delivery service for an extra 75p if email us before payment made, otherwise WE cannot be responsible for items missing in the post when in royal mails possesion,  proof of postage is kept if YOU need to take a claim up and we will help as much as possible. Postage is not a problem and we will all combine for you.

REMEMBER feedback is permanent and can normally be amicably resolved. In the past petty minded feedback has been left for a piece of mud on a shoe, that the colour didnt suit them etc!!! OR a problem they had, but didnt come to us 1st. After selling so many items we realise you can only please 95% of people most of the time, and if you are the other 5% PLEASE DO NOT bid.
