Once payment has cleared we aim to send out your items within 2 working days. All UK parcels are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Standard or 1st Class Recorded. All Overseas parcels are sent via Air Mail, at an dditional cost to the buyer we are happy to send parcels 'International Signed For'. We obtain proof of postage for all parcels. If you require your item extra fast we are happy to send them via special delivery at an additional cost.

We are happy to offer returns on any Buy It Now items (excluding swimwear and underwear). We do not offer returns on Auction items, all auction sales are final unless faulty. If you wish to return a Buy It Now item then you must get in touch with us within 7 days to notify us that you wish to return your item, you then have an additional 7 days to get the item back to us. All return postage costs are the buyers responsibility. All items should be returned in unworn condition with all original tags and wrapping.
