This is a cooling off period in the event that you change your mind - please do not use this as a try and buy service as all items must be received back in their original condition and will be carefully checked. You must let us know that you need to return an item immediately and it must be delivered to us by recorded delivery within 14 days of receipt. We do not refund any postage costs and any items received after 14 days will be returned to you with no refund.
