We accept payment via PayPal, Postal Order or Bankers Draft.

COMBINED ITEM POSTAGE: All UK items added within 5 days (inclusive) from the date of first purchase will be added at no extra postage cost (up to a maximum of 5kg).

All international items added in the same timeframe will be charged at £3.50 per item.

Please note: To qualify for free UK additional item postage, all items must be paid for from one invoice, no later than 11am on the 6th day after your first purchase.

Completed orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (exc. bank holidays).

UK Customers: All parcels are sent on a next day courier service Monday-Friday*. Items paid for after 11am Friday will be dispatched Monday, for Tuesday delivery. *(excludes bank holidays.)

You will receive notification from INTERLINK via email confirming the date of delivery and details of how to track your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately all customers with the following postcodes, parcels will be delivered in 2 working days:

HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, FK, G, TR, IM, AB

International Customers: All international items will be sent via the Royal Mail International Signed for service which requires a signature on delilvery. Please allow 25 days from date of postage for your item to be delivered. If after such time it hasn't arrived, please contact us.

You have 7 days from receipt of your item in which to return it for a refund.

Please use the returns slip provided or enclose a brief note detailing reason for return. If the item is unsuitable, postage will not be refunded.

There is no need to notify us when making a return for an unsuitable item unless a replacement is required. In which case please contact us.
