All our bits are brand new and have never been in a horse’s mouth.

 

German silver

German Silver is a unique alloy of copper, brass, and nickel. German Silver causes a positive reaction in the horses mouth, creating saliva and a more pleasant taste for the horse.

 

This alloy is most commonly seen in the Sprenger bits

 

Bit use 

This is an ideal bit for all disciplines, the slight poll action has made it a popular choice over regular snaffles for ponies and stronger horses.
