Return Policy Details:

In the unlikely event of goods being faulty or not as described they may be returned within 7 days of receipt by prior agreement. You must notify me on receipt of the item. All items are checked thoroughly before despatch.

I do not refund if you change your mind after purchasing, or do not like the colour, shape etc but I will exchange for any other item, buyer to pay postage costs.

All returned goods must be in unused condition, in their original packaging and with tags attached, within 7 days of receipt.

You must obtain a proof of postage certificate if you return any goods

All items supplied from a non-smoking environment and must be returned in the same condition.

Shipping




The p&p price of each item also includes a small handling and materials fee. This will include mailing bag, packing slip, printer ink, and address label, plus a small amount to cover the time taken to package up your parcel and to get it to Royal Mail. I keep these costs to a minimum and do not profit from p&p.

Items are sent within 2 working days, usually the same day payment received but I do not post Sats & Sun the post office is shut.




I am not responsible for loss or damages due to Royal Mail's inefficiency but I will pursue a claim for you as I always obtain proof of posting. Royal Mail only pay out compensation for £36, so if you buy anything from me of a higher value, that is all the compensation you will receive, unless you opt for Special Delivery. Thank you
