 If you are not entirely happy with your purchase  we will offer you a refund, excluding postage and packaging. You must return the item within 14 working days of the purchase date. Please return items to address on paypal packing slip / or ebay invoice.  The item must be in it's original condition complete with tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items  where it is apparent  that this has not been done.

When opening  the garment packaging (clear bag with item number and size sticker on front).   Please take care not to rip the resealable bag (there is a resealable strip at one end).  These items are packaged by the manufacturers and packaging cannot be replaced. 

IF you are returning the item it is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise you to pay for extra insurance or recorded delivery. Please include your user id and the item number on all returns.
