• Please arrange payment via Paypal (Worldwide), Postal Order, Bank Transfer or Personal Cheque (UK only) - within 24 hours of checkout.

• Only serious bidders please.  Non-payers will be reported to Ebay disputes. 

• Upon receipt of payment, this item will be dispatched to you via first class recorded mail. 

• During normal postal periods, your parcel should arrive within 2-3 days (UK) and 5-14 days (Worldwide).  You will be informed of all stages of the purchase via email following your completed purchase.

• Please take into consideration when leaving feedback when you have received your item, we have to package your item, and we personally, do not skimp on packaging.  Packaging materials are by no means cheap.  We spend over £100 a time on bubble wrap,  tissue,  boxes,  brown paper,  jiffy envelopes,  brown tape, cellotape,  labels,  business cards, headed stamps etc, (which only last about 100 sales) - that's over a £1 per sale just on packaging alone!  Also, travelling to the post office, arranging the courier etc. - it all takes time and costs money.  All our parcels are dispatched by first class or first class recorded mail. So please, before marking our feedback column regarding our postage costs when the item is received, please read the description through when purchasing so that you are fully aware of our postage costs before buying. We can assure you - we keep our postage as low as possible and by no means make a profit on it (which is against eBay rules).  We take pride in how you receive your parcels and how your items are protected during the postage process.

• Should you wish to return an item to us, please contact us first and then return it within 7 days of receipt.  Please include your proof of purchase (i.e. copy of Ebay or Paypal receipt) and the item must have any labels intact.  Please note:  we cannot accept earrings or underwear for return due to hygiene reasons and items not in the condition that they were sent by us to you.  We cannot refund postage costs.
