Return policy

The items must be returned to us in the same perfect condition that they were dispatched.  Shoes must be tried only on a carpet surface and with hygiene foot socks which are provided.  All packaging must be intact including bags, tissue paper etc.  All labels and tags on lingerie must remain on the items.  Goods received back outside of this timeframe will not be entitled to a refund. Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to purchase.  We regret if an item contains pierced earrings we are unable to accept items back for exchange or refund.
