PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

**PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL BY NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION.**

All buyers must complete the 'Pay Now' process which can be found at the top of the closed auction listing. If paying by any method other than Paypal, the 'Pay Now' process should be completed immediately which then indicates to us what payment method you will be using and automatically sends us your address. Depending on what payment method you select, we will provide you with banks details via email within 24 hours.

Buyers using Paypal need only complete the 'Pay Now' process when actually ready to forward payment as you will then be immediately transferred to Paypal.

*For guidance, use the following steps:

• Go to the auction page of the completed listing. If you have not already got the page open in front of you then go to 'My Ebay' and then click 'Won' which can be found on the left-hand side of the page.

• Click 'Pay Now'. The next page is entitled 'Review Your Purchase from ultrachic_ltd'.

• Check that all details are correct and then select 'Other accepted payment methods' which can be found at the bottom of the page. You will be presented with a further three options; select the appropriate one and then click 'continue'.

• Review all the information and then click 'Email Information to Seller'. That's it! The whole process will take a minute or two to complete.

*Remember, buyers paying with Paypal need only complete the process when actually ready to forward payment. Just select Paypal at the third step instead of 'Other accepted payment methods' and follow the instructions on-screen.

Paying for insurance is a mandatory requirement when the final value of an item exceeds £30. Postage insurance ensures both buyer and seller are protected in the unlikely event of loss or damage to an item. If the item is being sold in a traditional style auction then 1st Class Recorded Delivery is an available option because we do not know what the final price of the item will be. 'Buy It Now' only auctions where the price is listed above £30 will only have Special Delivery as the available shipping option.

UK customers - Select Special Delivery if the final price exceeds £30. Insurance is included as standard up to £500.

International customers - We automatically price our Postage & Packaging costs to include insurance so there is no need to pay an additional insurance fee.

Please note: Failure to comply will only result in a delay in posting your item whilst make contact to receive the outstanding amount. If in any doubt of how much to pay then either wait to receive an invoice or use the 'Request total from seller' option which can be found on the 'Review Your Purchase from ultrachic_ltd' page detailed earlier in the payment instructions.

Combined Postage

We are always happy to combine postage for our customers. The only stipulation is that additional items must be won within a maximum five day period of winning the first item and payment initiated by the end of the fifth day. Our combined postage rate is calculated by taking the single greatest P&P price from all the won items as the initial price and then adding either £1 for each additional item of jewellery and/or £2 for each additional non-jewellery item.

Our preferences are set to allow customers to manually edit the P&P price before making payment, however once again, if in any doubt of how much to pay then either wait to receive an invoice or use the 'Request total from seller' option which can be found on the 'Review Your Purchase from ultrachic_ltd' page detailed earlier in the payment instructions.

As a final note, we would like to add that our P&P prices are a true reflection of the actual postage, packaging and handling costs that we incur. We take the necessary due care and attention to ensure that all items are well-packaged to ensure they are received in exactly the same condition as despatched. We are not in the business of over-charging our customers on P&P to make additional profits.

WIRE TRANSFER/CASH DEPOSIT

**PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD**

Make a payment direct into our bank account - international customers too! Internet banking, swift payment or cash directly into our account at an HSBC branch; we will divulge all the necessary details after the auction has ended. The winning bidder must inform us immediately that a wire transfer/cash deposit is the intended method of payment by completing the 'Pay Now' process. Payment must then be made within our 5-day terms. (International customers please note that there is usually a charge applied by your bank for sending payments abroad.)

PERSONAL CHEQUE

Customers that wish to deposit cheques directly into our HSBC account are very welcome to do so as this will speed up the payment process, otherwise cheques can be sent to us as normal. Please allow 5 business days for payment to clear. Items are despatched on the day the funds clear in our account. UK customers only.

POSTAL ORDERS

Please ensure postal orders are uncrossed and made payable to Ultra Chic Ltd. We recommend that postal orders are sent by Recorded or Special Delivery for extra safety. UK customers only.

ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS RECORDED

Delivery within 1-2 business days. Not a guaranteed service. Insurance automatically included up to a maximum of £30. (Items that exceed £30 in final value will not be sent using this service - Special Delivery is required). Signature required on arrival. UK customers only.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY

REQUIRED FOR ALL ITEMS THAT EXCEED £30 IN VALUE. Delivery guaranteed for next business day by 1pm if payment is received by 3pm. Insurance automatically included up to the value of £500. Signature required on arrival. UK customers only.

ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED-FOR

Delivery usually within 4 business days to Europe and 5 business days to the rest of the world. Not a guaranteed service and dependent on customs clearance if outside the E.U. We offer an expedited service for international customers that is guaranteed and fully insured as standard. Customer receives automatic email direct from UPS with tracking details when package is shipped. Delivery times vary according to location, e.g. USA - 2 to 3 days, Europe - 2 days.
