All items are dispatched at least twice a week, proof of postage is ALWAYS obtained but only retained for 2 months. Contact must be made immediately for items not recieved. Please note - our postage fees include packaging and travel to the Post Office as well! If you are not happy with our postage costs please do not bid. We will always include an insured option to all our postage rates, if you choose not to pay the extra and the item becomes lost or damaged in transit it is not our responsibilty and liability will not be taken.





ITEM CONDITIONS
  • BNWT-BNWOT-BRAND NEW-NEW - Exactly what it says.
  • IMMACULATE-PERFECT - Looks new, feels new - no visible signs of wear.
  • EXCELLENT - Hardly worn, perhaps soft from being washed. No marks, stains. bobbling or imperfections unless mentioned.
  • GREAT-GOOD - Plenty of wear left in them. Maybe some inevitable bobbling. Imperfections will always be mentioned so read the full description.


Payments must be made within 5 days of the auction ending. If payment isn't made 3 days after auction ending then a reminder invoice will be sent. If this is not paid it will be handed over to ebay as a dispute. This is the only way we can recover costs.Returns will only be excepted in exceptional circumstances so contact must be made as soon as any problem arises. Postage will not be refunded in these cases.
