All  items are sent out exactly as described. Only items described as BNWT will come with tags attached. Tags and/or clothing labels may have been cut or defaced to prevent store return.

Due to an increase in non paying bidders and timewasters please check out and send payments within 5 days of the end of auction. Non paying bidders not contacting us within 5 days will receive negative feedback and be reported to ebay. 

OVERSEAS CHECK OUT

If you are buying an item and are not in the UK, please do not check out, we will send you an invoice with the correct amount of shipping to be paid for any items bought or won.

POSTAGE & PACKING PRICING INFORMATION

Our Post & Packing prices include an amount for handling and materials in addition to the actual stamps cost. Every item we sell has the individual post & packing cost stated for UK, European and Worldwide delivery. Please do not bid on our items if you are not happy with our fees as there will be no refunds given once the item as been won.

PAYMENTS INFORMATION

Our preferred methods of payment are UK Postal Orders, Nochex, and Paypal. All items paid for by these methods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of payment received, (Except Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays).

We only accept personal cheques drawn on UK banks, a 5-7 day period is required for cheque clearance before goods are despatched.

Payments from Overseas buyers must be paid by PAYPAL only please. We do not accept international money orders or foreign cash.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All goods leave us in perfect condition and certificate of posting is obtained on each item. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage by the Post office or Royal Mail unless the insurance option is taken.  Insurance per parcel to UK addresses is an additional 65p and is optional but highly recommended.  Note: Insurance is not available for  overseas parcels.

It is the buyers responsility to ensure that their address and details are up to date on their ebay account, no responsibility can be accepted for goods that are  sent to the wrong address where buyers details have not been correctly updated.

RETURNS POLICY

We only accept returns when purchased under the 'buy it now' option and when notified to us within 24 hours of your receipt.  items must arrive back to us within 7 days in the same condition as they were sent out. We will not refund for items where packaging has been opened or tags removed. Sorry, but we are unable to refund postage costs to return items to us or refund the p+p amount paid in the original transaction ( unless goods are proven to be faulty when sent out).  An handling charge of 30% of the cost price will be charged for any item returned that is bought at buyers sole error i.e. no faults.  With regret that we are unable to make  refunds on underwear, swimwear or similar items due to personal hygiene.
